Mohammad Abdullah is the Managing Director of Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai International Academic City . He is responsible for strategically steering all Dubai International Academic City and Dubai Knowledge Park academic entities and further consolidating their statuses as leading centres of learning excellence in the region.
Prior to taking this role, Abdullah was Managing Director of Dubai Media City and International Media Production Zone.
Prior to joining DMC and IMPZ, Abdullah was Executive Vice-President of CNBC Arabia, the premium business channel responsible for editorial and operational management. He worked closely with the CNBC CEO in guiding the company’s strategy, policy and implementation of its corporate vision.
Abdullah holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from the Emerson College in Boston, US.

Ibrahim Moosa Jamel is Director of Operations for Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai International Academic City .
Ibrahim has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management covering various fields of the HR profession in some of the largest and most dynamic public and free zone sector organizations in Dubai, Dubai Municipality and TECOM Group.
Ibrahim holds a Master’s Degree in Business, majoring in Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology, Australia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from EWU, USA.
Michael Trivett has significant experience in sales, business development and customer service in the US and in the MENA region. He has been leading the Partner Relations team within Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai International Academic City for the past 8 years.
Michael has played a significant role in the growth of both Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai International Academic City. He focuses on the business development of existing partners, customer retention and the strategic direction of the cluster.
Previously, Michael worked with State Street Global Advisors – one of the largest Asset Management firms in the world – where he was responsible for Sales & Business Development in the MENA region.
